Last updated: 2026. These pages outline how Dynamik Media works, what we store and your rights as a subscriber.
By subscribing you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content you display on your boards and for ensuring you have the rights to any images, feeds or embedded content used.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through PayPal and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your PayPal account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for display downtime caused by your internet connection, power failures or third-party services (such as calendar or news providers).
What we store. Your admin credentials, board data, dashboard settings and any calendar or feed URLs you connect. Calendars you link are fetched to display events on your boards.
Payment data. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
What is public. Only the boards you explicitly share are visible through their share links. Everything else stays inside your private container.
Data deletion. You can delete boards at any time. When your subscription ends and the account is decommissioned, all stored data is deleted.
